  1. Actually, just checked again, and I'm getting pending codes: U0110 Lost communication with drive motor control module A U0112 Lost communication with battery energy control module B
  2. I had a notification last night saying that there was something preventing the car from charging. I wasn't unduly concerned, as it's not massively uncommon. However, I've gone to start the car today, and I got "Error: Hybrid. Stop", and the cooling fan was running flat out. I couldn't coax the ICE to start, no matter what, so the car is completely immobile. I've look at fault codes with my cheap and nasty diag tool, but there's nothing stored. Starting to lose faith in my Superb now 😔
  3. Sorry for taking so long to respond, and thanks for replying. The problem has now been sorted, but I'm not sure how! I signed out of the Octopus app and signed back in, but that didn't work. Eventually I gave up and signed out of the Octopus app for a good few days so I could at least charge the car. I also reset the trip data in the car as I was going on a decent run and wanted to gauge economy. A couple of days later I decided to try Octopus again, and it worked. Has done everything since!?!
  4. I recently used a public charger for the first time, and ever since, I am unable to charge at home! I use a standard 3-pin plug to charge. There are no timers set within the car. No settings have been changed on either Octopus or MySkoda apps, or in the car. The Octopus app is detecting that my car is plugged in, as it sets a charging schedule, but the car just will not charge in occordance to the schedule. I can use the 'bump charge' feature intermittently, although as I type, the Octopus app states 'bump charging active' but the car is not charging at all and the front charging light is not illuminated. It's all very odd and infuriating. Everything worked fine, until I plugged in elsewhere.
  5. Hi all, I'm having a nightmare trying to get the car to allow me to be primary user and verify car in the app. I have read after googling for hours on end about the possibility of removing fuse 19 from the car resetting things and maybe having an effect. However, everything I've read about this was for non-phev Skodas. Would removing fuse 19 have the desired effect on the IV? My manual states this fuse is for the KESSY system (which my car doesn't have anyway). Thanks Rob
