    I would do that as have got so many problems solved with that and no harm with the action. You can find fuse location from manual and fyi that not all slots are populated so better count from top what fuse it is. Sure there is fuse for infitainment too that could try as well, number is 30.

    Is there green light shown next to SOS button on ceiling? If not you could try to remove fuse number 19 from dashboard fusebox and keep it out for few minutes. This reset the communication module.
