Is on the variable service regime, though it hasn't gone too long between services: 14/06/22 8,393 03/05/23 18,522 24/01/24 31,786 13/11/24 39,108 (interval service, what ever that means) and serviced now at 44k. So the extended warranty is actually Motor Assured (a Vertu Motors scheme, not Skoda), so possibly it is more lenient. It also states "You must ensure that Your Vehicle is serviced in line with the recommendations of the Vehicle manufacture." though it is not clear if that is after the policy starts or applies from day 1. I was also told the PHEV battery warranty is transferable, but I have read otherwise https://www.skoda.co.uk/_doc/148825d2-9edf-4ab3-b9e3-243bc38d8357 Whilst the car looks great and the Motor Assured warranty might be better than Skoda's, I don't think the battery would be covered. I doubt anything would go wrong but these are expensive components so doesn't feel worth it unfortunately.
