  1. Thanks Varadero, I'm definitely investing in the power pack solution. -cheers
  2. Thanks JR, I"ll research that for next time. I had the car towed free to the the local dealer thanks to Skoda Assist. (managed to disengage from Park to Neutral thanks to Google video) Finally got the driver door open, the key wouldn't turn clockwise for me and I didn't want to force it (I just assumed it was anti-clockwise coz that's the only direction I could get it to turn), but the Tech at dealership tried and was successful. I left it at the dealership. Had to go to work. Diagnosis was a dead battery and faulty front left door mechanism (Did they break it trying to open the left door???) Anyway, not going to argue with them about that, just waiting for the phone call that it's ready, and the shocking invoice! -cheers
  3. Hello everyone, I tried to find a similar issue but couldn't. My car battery is shagged, I noticed 3 days ago that car was a bit hard to start. Anyway I forgot about it and 2 days later I tried to unlock it via remote. Indicators flashed but mirrors didn't unfold and both front doors wont open. I've tried the manual key, it rotates 90 degrees but I still cant open the drivers door. I've opened the back doors and climbed through, both front doors won't even open from the inside. Whenever I operate the remote, all I hear are the solenoids operating in the rear doors. Tailgate won't open either. I can't open the left front door in order to open the bonnet in order to replace the battery! Dealer ran out of ideas. Grateful for suggestions from the Skoda community. -cheers
