    Thanks for your answer. It is not a genuine câble but I have a VCDS Ross tech genuine cable.

    Hello, After purchasing a new cluster, I want to retrieve the pin code from the old one. I bought a Vag Commander 1.4 cable and software. I can connect to the Kombi channel (Kline) but when I try to read the instrument/immobilizer, I get the following errors: First it comes up with 'Trying different logins' and then 'security access key not accepted. retrying in 5 seconds'. Then it will just say 'Check security access key' and then 'Cannot autodetect device'. The car is a Skoda Fabia II 1.4 TDI 2009. Has anyone tried reading the instrument with Vag Commander? Thanks
