Hi! Has anyone else had a similar problem with their car keys? First, one key started acting up so that it would just go dead — the car wouldn’t recognize it, the doors wouldn’t unlock, and the car wouldn’t start because it didn’t detect the key. The red light on the key didn’t blink either. At first, I obviously thought the battery was low, even though the car never gave a warning. The battery wasn’t the issue — if I remove the battery for a while and put it back in, the key starts working again. I also tried new batteries. I figured the key itself was faulty and started using the spare one. Now that one has started doing the same thing. Could there be something wrong on the car’s side? On the other hand, with this second key too, even the LED on the key doesn’t blink. Could it be that both keys are faulty? And this isn’t a one-time thing — the first key did this probably around 10 times before I switched to the other one. The car is a 2019 Octavia.

Are all the instructions there as pdf files, or are there videos as well? And i only have to buy it once?

Hi, my Skoda Octavia produces a howling/whining noise when I turn the steering wheel to full lock at low speeds. The noise occurs in both directions and only when driving slowly. I don't think its a wheel bearing. Any ideas?

The official maintenance schedule recommends replacing spark plugs quite often. How often have you replaced them? Personally, in other cars, I've only replaced them when issues have appeared. Ans is the oil filter traditional metal one, or a cartridge type? Motor is 1.5 TSI DADA
