I apologize if I'm asking a stupid question, but would that mean that updating the firmware of my swing radio doesn't matter? Or would it help with connecting a newer phone to the radio? Right now it doesn't recognize my android phone, when I plug it into the USB.

Mine is a black metallic 2019 NJ5 Combi with the 1.0 tfsi and 110ps. Manual box, but with some luxury goodies, like cruise control and climate control. I moved up from a 2004 Opel Astra, so the ride is now quite luxurious.

Hi, everyone. Just joined the site after getting my first own Skoda. I drive a mk. 3 Fabia estate. Funny thing is my granddad used to have a lot of the old Skodas, ranging from the 105's to the 130's, so I have a lot of fond memories of weekend drives in the old ones. Happy to be here!
