thanks for your replies so far i have heard that the xbox has more exclusive games but the playstation has more available as a whole etc as i said i dont need a blue ray player just a core gaming machine why do you need the bigger hard drives? many thanks

hi there mate that sounds really high by service was 160 from jbs plus 40 for brake fluid change which i did not have done at the time but it would have been 200 all in and does not void the warranty!!! shop around buddy

mine too seems a little rough etc and does not seem to be pulling as much however I have a leeking egr valve so getting this sorted on saturday so fingers crossed this will improve will put back a response after saturday.

hi everyone had my second year 20k service done a couple of weeks back by jbs in chesterfield (their service is amazing and not saying anything about them? but since brand new oil etc the engine seems really rough not on tick over etc but seems alot louder around 2.5 to 3k what could it be??? cheers many thanks

hi everyone need your help bit of a **** up by me i put some seat covers on the front seats to protect the seats cos of my new born babie and general wear and tear but the actual seat cover around the sides have transfered black over the covers onto the seats themselves i have tried cleaning with carpet cleaner etc and not moved nothing just wondered if this shout which is highly rated on here would do the trick or will the black never come out cheers for all your help in advance

hi everyone thinking of changing my car soon for something bigger for our little boy and also for more kids down the line he he been looking at the mazda 3 mps aero and shown alot of interest in a vectra vxr which is massive and goes like stink and the new octavia vrs..the vectra cost over 24k new and after a couplf of years old say on 07 plate they are around 14k now!!! what do you think everyone on these and also any other suggestions? cheers many thanks

cheers everyone oh right mate so is it dangerous then and looses power because of the leak or does it not change anything? going to have spin with a octavia vrs whilst they fix this going to try the 170 diesel estate for the kids lol

hi everyone i called bickerton skoda who frankly are an excellent delaership have booked me in for sat 23rd and said the egr valve would be covered under warranty with it leaking they are ordering the part now so that they can swop it over quickly reall really impressed obviously had many other skoda's doing this so no it will be covered gordon lamb at chesterfield which are THE worst dealership for skoda in the entire country said that they would need to look at it for a couple of hours to find out if its covered if not they would charge me the hourly rate accordingly what a bunch of nobs!!! they have always been like this when ever I have phoned and will never use them again!!! gordon lambs everywhere should be shot at point blank range

hi everyone decided to take the plunge and get this doen nothing ventured nothing gained badge came of easy enough and the relocated vrs badge looks really good imao without having to spend loads of debadging ;-) many thanks to everyones advice glad i got this done lol

hi everyone had my car serviced recently and was told that the egr valve was leaking not done through main dealer etc now mine was been custom coded if i take it to the dealer will it be covered under warranty and will the remap have caused it to fail? will the main dealer no it has been reampped i.e would they need to check this etc when changing it many thanks for all your help needs your help before i book it into the dealer cheers thanks for advance..ps seems to be a common problem on here so fingers crossed ;-) will the egr valve mean the car will run down on power and run rough cheers many thanks
