Hi everyone - brand new on this forum so just wanted some advice. Ordered a new Karoq from dealer on 23rd February and was told car was in the UK - so paid deposit to secure car and completed all sale paperwork. Picked reg number and no extras needed. Was told by dealer car should be delivered by middle of March but still waiting and phoned dealer twice since with no further update - given the impression that there is nothing the dealer can do to speed things up - ‘’ we just wait for the transporter to show up ‘’ seems bizarre that dealership is in no hurry to finalise and complete the sale - any advice guys. Thanks
