Superb 4 2.0 tsi 265 hp - battery issues?
No. During the charging I connect the (-) on the ground pin (not directly on the battery). The (+) is connected on the battery. When the car is not in use it is locked and the key is outside the car range.

Superb 4 2.0 tsi 265 hp - battery issues?
Hello our skoda Superb has the following behavior - the car goes offline if it is not driven for more than 2 days. I have measured the voltage: If the car is parked for 2 days it drops to 12V. On the 14th day it drops to 11,2V. I usually charge it when the voltage is below 12V. For charging I use AGM charger. We use the car for long distances only (more than 200 km (120 miles). But it offen stays in the garage for a week or more. The garage is warm constant temperature around 10-12 Celsius (50-54 F). The vehicle: Skoda Superb 4 2025 2.0 TSI 265hp, L&K 130 When the problem occur I can't check the windows/doors status and I can't start the auxiliary heater remotely. The lights don't start when I'm near the vehicle and I have to unlock by using the sensor on the door. I shared my thoughts with the dealier/official service during my last oil change and they said that there were undervoltage DTCs but according to them this is normal and the vehicle should be drived everyday in order to work properly. Did someone notice the described behavior? In my opinion there is an issue with the battery, but the official service says that this behavior is normal and it is because I don't use the car every day. PS: I have superb 3 fl for 1 month the battery has dropped to 12.1 V (the battery is 2,5 years old)

Maintenance periods - Mandatory and Recommended for extended components lifespan.
I don't know what is the official interval.

Maintenance periods - Mandatory and Recommended for extended components lifespan.
In the official service told me that the filter is mounted in the gearbox and cannot be changed without seperation of the gearbox form the engine (is that right?) so they changed only the gearbox oil.

I have some questions? Is the mechatronic fluid separate from the gearbox oil or not? As far as I know the front differential has a separate oil (not using the gearbox oil). Is that right? As far as I know the rear differential has a separate oil (not using the haldex oil). Is that right?

Hello Skoda Owners and fans, This topic is already largely discussed in separate posts, but I didn't manage to find all maintance/inspection periods described in one place. Let's try to summarise them (I will edit the post to add your comments): For Superb 3 Facelift 2.0 TSI DNF (280 hp) + DSG 7 (DQ 381) 4x4: Mandatory intervals (this information is provided by the official service/dialer in Bulgaria): Engine oil + oil filter ---> 30 000 km (18 000 miles) Air filter ---> 30 000 km (18 000 miles) Saloon filter ---> 30 000 km (18 000 miles) Haldex oil (there is no filter) ---> 30 000 km (18 000 miles) or 2 years. Service inspection ---> 30 000 km (18 000 miles) or 2 years DSG oil ---> 120 000 km (~74 000 miles) DSG filter (it is fitted within the gearbox) ---> Lifetime Differential oils (front and rear)---> Lifetime Engine belt/chain ---> 210 000 km (~130 000 miles) Brake fluid ---> 2 years Spark plugs ---> 60 000 km (~37 000 miles) Coolant ---> ??? Recommended intervals (Non official opinion - Please give advice, but don't fight (judge)): Engine oil + oil filter ---> 10 000 km (6 000 miles) Air filter ---> 20 000 km (12 000 miles) Saloon filter ---> 20 000 km (12 000 miles) Haldex oil (there is no filter) ---> 20 000 km (12 000 miles) or 2 years + clearing the net (suction cup/strainer)! // I'm not sure how to call in English the net that is on the pump. Service inspection ---> 30 000 km (18 000 miles) or 2 years DSG oil ---> 60 000 km (~37 000 miles) DSG filter (it is fitted within the gearbox) ---> I will change it during clutch replacement Differential oils (front and rear)---> 60 000 km (~37 000 miles) - I haven't done this yet. Engine belt/chain ---> 150 000 km (~93 000 miles) - I haven't done this yet. Brake fluid ---> 2 years Spark plugs ---> 60 000 km (~37 000 miles) Coolant ---> ??? I'll be happy if comment share opinion and help me to extend the this usefull information for all owners. Don't fight be friendly.

New Superb 2.0 TSI 265 p.s - some questions and impressions
If I understood right - the rear differential uses the same fluid as the haldex? About the gauze cleaning in my opinion it is mandatory to be done. I have changed the haldex fluid for the first time at 20k km (~12k miles). Keep in mind that I don't drive offroad, aggressive, no drag starts and during this period I have only 10-15 km in snow. So I expected the 4x4 system to be used very rare. The condition of the gauze is visible on the picture:

New Superb 2.0 TSI 265 p.s - some questions and impressions
What are your impressions from the engine up to now? I was wondering if there is a maintenance period for changing the fluid in the differencial at the back. At the front is the differencial in the body of the gearbox (and use the same fluid as the gear box)? I have some addituonal questions, you (@DasSkoda) may contact me on PM since I'm new here and this option is locked for me.
