Hi all, thanks again for all the help and support i thought I'd give you all an update on the car, I've been driving it some more and now the car is using up the coolant which is new and the oil, as I've been driving it I've noticed that is very sluggish when driving it and the gear changes are very jerky. As I've put my foot hard down on the accelerator the engine light flashes on and off for about 20 secs roughly and then goes off and also I've noticed that under heavy acceleration there is white smoke which happens sometimes but not all the times. I'm not sure if I'm correct but I'm leaning towards that I've got a blown head casket what do you all think? The garage I brought it off are going to collect the car and fix it hopefully while it is still under warranty.

Ah okay I've looked though the service history and it's still the original engine and hasn't had any of the upgrades or replacements that you've stated

Hi all, I've just recently brought a 2011 skoda fabia vrs with the Cave engine and have only had the car for roughly 6 weeks and have used nearly 2 litres of oil since picking it up I know that these engines use a lot of oil but at what point is it concerning that it's using too much oil
