Hi all, First post bit of a puzzling one… Bought the car last weekend and have this squeal/screech coming from top of engine near boost pipes: Squeal/Screech Video Previous owner told me it was boost nipple from egr so took the hose off completely and it did the same noise. We tried pinpointing it but all we can think of is air squeezing through one of the silicone hoses on the IC pipes. had new serpentine belt and cambelt not long ago. Turbo is fairly fresh and engine has just gone through a recent rebuild less than 800 miles ago. Squeal only appears under boost at any load but driving nicely on the motorway or at a steady speed it more or less disappears even when boost gauge has pressure. The sound comes from top of the engine area near those boost pipes. Any help is appreciated, Many thanks,
