    I have the same issue in my Superb MK3, i've updated the software to latest version 330, I can't become the primary user, I get the same"time out message" or "contact your dealer or try again later". You suggested to update the ECU emergency call, can I do it myself with OBD Eleven? If Yes do You have any instructions?
