  1. Thanks Rum. That actually explains it perfectly as when noise was clearly noticeable (and RPMs below ~1.5k) it was much hotter than what it usually was. Also when I drove those 500km it was to colder climate. Good info to know, thanks.
  2. I'm 100% certain it's not door/window seal as it's heard only when revs are below certain threshold and from the back of the car (noise amplifies if you get below the car). Will definitely check it with the dealer if it happens again, ar this point itself off again thi.
  3. Short update. On Friday it completely stopped and since then I drove around 500km (Friday+Saturday) without sny noise whatsover. Today I went for short ride (~50km) and noise/sound/whine started again. Makes no sense.
  4. First things first, hello! Long time lurker here, first time Skoda owner (for two months or so now). Recently I got brand new Kamiq 1.5 TSI DSG and Today while being stuck in heavy traffic for quite a while I noticed I get some strange "whistling" sounds while in park/neutral or when RPM is at around 1-1.5k. Going above 1.5 pretty much instantly stops the sound. At first I thought it might be coming front of the car but that's not the case, engine bay is fine. It seems it's coming from the rear (exhaust/rear wheels?). Any idea what could this be? Car is behaving normally but sound is irritating. I will definitely take the car to the official dealer (closed until Monday) but if someone has any tips it would be great (as dealers here are everything but competent). Oh right, video is attached. Sound is not really super loud or anything but you can clearly hear it when outside.MP4_20250522_172813VLOG.mp4
