  1. Hi, apologies in advance, I’m absolutely stuck. I’ve had my diesel Octavia 2008 pd170 VRs for about 6 months and I love it. Although since I got it I have had an issue with the car under hard acceleration in 2/3 and sometimes 4th. It seems to happen around 2/2.5k rpm. I can feel like there’s no power at all. Or it judders if I ease off it’s fine again, long drives not too noticeable on motorways. Overtaking can be tricky if it happens. The car still pulls really well, the clutch seems fine (been reading lots of advice) so I’m thinking it’s the egr, dpf, maf or a bad stage 1 map (was told it had one but no proof) sometimes it can take a second for the engine to let off after i remove my foot from the pedal and accelerate a little more (no clutch pushed, smell or sounds) after lots of research. I found that the maf fuse could cause some issues (I have intermittent coil plug light and coolant, both been checked and no leaks) oil levels are fine and it’s not an oil drinker compared to what I’ve read. One thing that got me today was the fuse layout (I’m a novice) I found a map, and checked to see if they’re correct and a few of them are wrong fuse size. This is how they should be: F27 Secondary air pump 40 F27 Pre-glowing 50 F28 Power suppy terminal 15, Starter 40 F29 Power supply terminal 30 50 F30 Terminal X Pic to show how mine was. I have been and got another 40 and connected it where the diagram shows. I’ve noticed a few other wrong fuse sizes. Does anyone kindly have any insite or advice please. I also checked in the driver’s side fuse box and came across this? Thank you ☺️
