thanks for getting back to me. The SD Card is a Skoda SD card model number 5L0051236E. Just cause i now have the information the Device Part Number is 5Q0035874A, Hardware H24, Software 0241. Not sure if there is an update they may help the issue Thanks i will take a look at the battery.

Hello All I was hoping to get some help with an issue i am having with the MIB2 infotainment system in my 2015 octavia. There are currently 2 issues. 1) Despite having the Skoda SD card for the navigation system it does not work stating i must insert media with compatible information. Looking at the system information it states my navigation database is N/A. I did try and download the new maps from the update portal but this did not work. 2) My radio and bluetooth will not store information. If i connect my phone or add presets to the radio as soon as i turn off the car and lock the doors it will lose any memory of the presets and phones that have been connected. I have tried resetting the system to no avail. If anyone oculd help or guide me to any other information you would require that would be greatly appreciated
