Black smoke....
Hello. Ok so not sure if anyone has had this issue but for a while around 1500rpm I get a hesitation which I need to either give it some throttle or change down to clear it. But it never happens in first gear and can occur in any gear. The last few days I've noticed black smoke when this happens too now. The dpf has been gutted and egr have been mapped out. I can't hear any whoosing to point a finger at an intake leak (split boost pipe etc). I have considered the DMF to be one culprit for the jerkiness as it's rattling a bit but am now at a loss now it's started smoking. Any ideas?

Hesitation..
Evening all. So months on I've still got this hesitation at 1800-2000 rpm mainly in 5th gear. Had a big shudder the other day and reverse has become slightly stiffer to engage. I've adjusted the gear cables. Changed the MAF sensor fuel filters twice, tested the injectors, mapped the dpf and egr out already. Now beginning to think it could be the DMF. Seems to be issues on the VW TDI forums similar to mine. Has anyone else had similar experiences?

Vibration
Hello all. Ok so I've got a 2014 2.0ltr Superb which had a new egr cooler fitted by the dealer back a few months ago under warranty. Since then I've had a vibration which is intermittent. I've had all four injectors tested and they are operating correctly. Though plugging vcds in and the figures for two are out slightly. I was sat idling the other day and the engine went from fairly smooth to rough like a switch had been flicked. Since then I've discovered that if I thrash it, the engine smooths out. Otherwise it's quite rough. I was beginning to think it could be the DMF. Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone know if the EGR could cause this? Thanks.

Injectors....
Hello. I've got a 2014 Superb 2.0 TDI which has a hesitation about 1500-2000rpm and also a strong smell of exhaust in the cabin. I borrowed VCDS and from what I understand it uses UDS so I can't measure the injectors individually so had a look at he Advanced Measuring Blocks section. These are the only injector measurements I could find (couldn't get the photo to upload) Injector 1 rail pressure calibration point 1 -7.20 Point 2. -4.10 Point 3 -6.40 Injector 2 rail pressure calibration point 1. 4.65 Point 2 5.70 Pont 3. 4.55 Injector 3 rail pressure calibration point 1 2.85 Point 2. -1.75 Point 3 -0.30 Injector 4 rail pressure calibration point 1. -20.95 Point 2 5.30 Point 3 -8.55 Can anyone make sense of these readings? There is clearly a difference in the readings but am I looking at injector 1 and 4 being faulty or 2 and 3? Any help is appreciated.
