Hello, I am new to this community and a relatively new owner of a Skoda Kamiq. I purchased the car in May 2024 with a 1 litre engine, petrol. I have encountered a few problems which I have been battling with the dealership about, but the problems have not gone away. It's temporarily sorted out, but after a little while it's coming up again. First problem: When the car is coasting or slowing down to speeds of 10-30 km/h, there is a low scraping sound, not constant, but rare. It occurs at various times and I cannot find a moment to replicate it. Since it cannot be replicated, it cannot be shown to the Delegation. I attach a video with the sound, do you have any idea what the problem might be? I also sent them a video, but they were unable to identify the problem. My initial guess is that it's like the brakes are letting up, as if the hill control is activated. Second problem: A recurring issue is that the dashboard lights up with a message that the turn signal has burnt out. There is a bug and when the turn signal is displayed, the turn signal flashes frequently, so that it indicates that it is not working. However, after checking the turn signals externally, everything works properly. This is repeated with both left and right turns. Various control units have already been replaced, but the problem is resolved temporarily. Maybe someone has experienced a similar problem? The third problem, maybe more of a question, is whether it is possible to update the traffic sign recognition system map on your own, because it constantly recognizes signs that are not there, that have changed. It seems to get the signs from the GPS, but I have not been able to find how to update or disable it. I understand how to disable the sign recognition system in general, but I don't really want to disable it completely. Is it necessary to contact a service/dealership for this?
