Hi, I have a mk4 Octavia wagon pre-facelift. 1 month after getting the car I started hearing randkm high pitched noises that were driving me mad. After a couple weeks I managed to pinpoint them to the start-stop system. Almost everythime when the system engages, be it when stationary or when driving, there is a short high pitched beep, coming from the dashboard or from the engine compartment. I took the car to the local dealer, who said that he doesn't hear anything wrong and kept the car for a few days, supposedly checking with the skoda factory about the issue and telling me that it is normal, something to do with the turbine. I searched a lot but didn't find anyone with the same problems. Does anyone driving the mild hybrid hear the same noise? I don't think it is normal, it is driving me nuts and I am probably going to sell the car, eneb though everything else about it is perfect for my needs and taste. Help wpukd be greatly appriciated
