    Thanks for the quick response. That's good to know they are dry belts. I was Googling and someone mentioned on reddit and it was one of the Google results, hence why I wasn't sure if it was true or not.

    Hi, I'm looking to purchase the brand new 2025 Skoda Kodiaq, 1.5 e-tec mild hybrid petrol and was wondering if this uses a wet belt,dry belt or timing chain? I'm reading conflicting answers online. Also what is the recommended time/mileage to replace the timing belt/chain on this model? Thanks, W
