  1. Thanks for letting me know. We've had a brand new KODIAQ delivered in mid feb. We've been told repeatedly there's nothing wrong and that the car is on the latest update. I'm completely clueless as to what's going on and what's at fault. I can't quite believe that the exact same fault is happening but it's now completely unrelated to the car. If anyone's any other ideas please please let me know.
  2. Has anyone had any progress on this?
  3. Ah interesting. We've had 3 trips into the garage to fix, coupled with terrible customer service. So now we're pushing for a Replacement under Consumer Care Act 2015. I think we had 4 or 5 callouts in the end
  4. We're having this problem now. Did you get it sorted? AA man told me that leaving it plugged in but not charging is draining the battery, did you experience that at all? We use hypervolt home pro 3 and Octopus auto scheduling.
  5. We've bought a brand new KODIAQ mk2 recently, and have to had breakdown out twice. Both times I think because of a flat 12V battery. The latest breakdown said that because we were connecting the charging cable but not immediately starting the charging (as we delay via Octopus/Hypervolt for cheap overnight electricity) it was draining the 12V as the car kept trying to sync with the charger. Has anyone else experienced this? A friend mentioned it might be a firmware issue? Any pointers appreciated! Cs
  6. Hi guys we've just bought a KODIAQ PHEV, and the 12V keeps going flat after I plug it in. It charges ok, but then sometimes flat in the morning. AA told me the car is still on when the plug is in, (charging scheduled by Octopus/7KW charger). Is this normal now? Should there be a FW update?
  7. Ok great, I figured that might be the case. I did this in my last car which was a Hyundia Tucson with no issues. You never know though!
  8. I have a 2023 plate Kodiaq that have 3mm of tread left on the front tyres and 5mm on the back. We've bought a new Kodiaq due to be delivered in Oct/November, and I want to avoid buying new tyres if I don't have to. My plan is to put the rear wheels on the front - does anyone know if this will short the computer out (as I've been told may happen from a local tyre place)? Any info greatly appreciated! Cheers
  9. Hi guys. I'm looking to buy a Kodiaq MK2 iV, do you think this is still a problem?
