It was stuck and the circlip was off the rod. How the car kept going was a miracle. I thought perhaps buying the complete unit as it came with all the gaskets was sensible. I bought it from AutoDoc used them in the past good price. I still have the old turbo as it was new. Thanks Maggie

She runs lovely nothing weird when the epc light comes on. No noises or vibration. I will mention to my mechanic overboost is it something you can adjust ? I have a local VAG garage close. I will book her in. Maggie

Hi, I am new to the site. I have just fitted a new complete turbo and actuator. When i pull away hard and the turbo kicks in the EPC light comes on and the car goes into limp mode. Switch the car off EPC light goes out. Is there a something i need to reset. Thanks maggieh
