  2. Hello guys, I´m new to this forum, and looking for advice :) I´m the happy owner of the Superb III (2017), and last week, my subscription to Care Connect - Remote Access expired. I´ve renewed it after 24 hours; however, after being renewed, MyŠkoda APP is unable to wake up the car and receive actual data (it was working flawlessly until the expiration of the subscription). The data are updated only after the vehicle is unlocked or driven. I´ve contacted the Škoda connect support, and they advised to get the infotainment software "repaired" (updated) at the dealer. My current version of software is 468, and the latest version available is 480. I´ve already found the tutorial on how to perform the update and downloaded the firmware, but there were warnings that this firmware could permanently damage the display/touchscreen. Could somebody validate this info, or is it only a rumour? Thank you.
