Thank you for your answers. I am still investigating the problem. A mechanic said it could be the manifold. The noise only occurs when I press the gas pedal, and it disappears completely when I take my foot off the gas at a speed of 80 km/h. The noise increases with the gas response. The strange part is that there are no signs of malfunction, no problems such as oil depletion, water depletion, or excessive fuel consumption.

Hello everyone, I'm new here and I have a problem I can't solve. Unfortunately, mechanics aren't doing their jobs well anymore. We have to find the solution ourselves :) The sounds in the videos I sent seem to be coming from the lower rear part of the engine, not the upper part. Has anyone else experienced this and can help?
