  1. Thanks Will take a look when I get the car back hopefully tomorrow or Friday and post here
  2. I'm not sure about that. Is there an easy way for me to check?
  3. Yep approved used from skoda in York last October Just got this email from Marshall so happy days! Just to let you know, I have the authority from the warranty company and this also includes the consequential injector which I mentioned yesterday. I have also pre ordered the parts and are expected in tomorrow morning. We will try and complete by tomorrow evening. Clearly at this point w are in the hands of the delivery company.
  4. So the engine wouldn't start and there was a strong fuel smell. AA guy looked underneath and could see the fuel leaking. When I was helping to roll it on the recovery truck there was a small puddle of fuel
  5. Thank you! I'm not sure. AA couldn't find the fault and that's what I've had from the dealer for now I've had to escalate to the manager as the team aren't helpful. To top it off they won't give me a courtesy car as apparently I went through AA rather than Skoda Assist. Despite the AA working directly with the dealership to book the diagnosis and recovery and the lady in service constantly assuring me they'll extend my AA loan car!
  6. Hi My Kodiaq broke down on the driveway on Friday. It a a 2017 model purchased used from DM Keith in York last October so still covered by warranty Had an email from the dealer confirming the issue and trying to claim via warranty I read other posts and I think this is a common issue. Keen to know if anyone else managed to get this covered via warranty Aside from the Mot no other work has been carried out on the car. At 81k mile sit drives perfect but I feel like it isn't the best on fuel Hi Weirdly was just emailing you over this, we have found that one of the injector seals has split. I am just inputting this down to the extended warranty. Currently I am not sure if a seal is covered, there is a slight further issue where 2 of the injectors are seized in position so I will need to try and claim these as consequential damage. To complete the repair I will have to remove these as part of the fuel rail. My concern is if not covered you may be looking at a slightly higher cost. I will submit this and advise you of the outcome
