    Good luck! I've been most unimpressed with both the dealer and customer service (who the dealer directed me to). The dealer wouldn't check the antennae as they said the symptom matched exactly the technical bulletin describing the need for a software update - but the update isn't available. It is apparently going to be released Q4. Customer relations say they cant get in touch with the dealer and don't return my calls themselves.

    Hello, I have a 2025 diesel sel. Had it since June. The sat nav sometimes doesn't know where it is. It thinks I'm miles away from where I am. It interferes with the ACC, applying brakes on the motorway.... Dealer says it needs an update which isn't available. Anyone else had this? Thanks.
