Yes, I fix it my self. Firstly, you need to grind off the rivet head, but be aware of the sparks. Then you will be able to remove and replace the spring. To reassemble it, you will need to tab drill the pin and make a screw thread inside it. And use a bolt to tighten it in place of the rivet head.
