  1. Mine went in for the update last week. When I bought the car I chose this PHEV because I have a 56 mile motorway round trip that I take about 3 times a week and I wanted to go on electric. On those days I charge to 100% overnight. The new update has scuppered this as it now effectively won't charge past 80%. The new battery saver "feature" resets itself after each charging session so even if you turn it off and set charging to 100% it won't get there if you use a tariff such as Octopus Intelligent Go with an Ohme charger that delivers the charge in "bites" overnight. I'm very disappointed. Other issues: I get a message every day that says "App updates available" but when I try to update the car just says that updating is currently not available. There are also new features such as pay for fuel from the car and pay for parking. Neither do anything. I've had all the usual problems since I bought the car such as emergency braking without reason and 12v battery discharge (which I fixed by keeping the keys in a Faraday cage). The ACC is unusable at low speeds where there are parked cars or cyclists. Overall I think the PHEV is a decent car let down by poor software. Needless to say the two other (unrelated) issues I raised with the service department when I took the car in, remained unfixed.
