  1. Wow thats a lot out of that little engine. Fair play. I found out mine is the timing chain stretch so have now sold it on due to cost of getting it repaired wasn't much different than the cars worth. Thanks everyone for all your advice.
  2. Its a 1.2 3 cylinder petrol. Only done 62 thousands so far,tbh not used very much, its a runner around town car for my mum,i just try to maintain it for her. Plugs were changed with all the oil and filters. Along with a whole new exhaust from cat back. They are front facing plugs.

  4. Ahh, ok. Just trying to eliminate possibilities. Timing chain is next on the list, just hope it works. Thanks for the advice from everyone, much appreciated.
  5. Hi Alasdair1 ive changed the filters apart from the fuel as the screw is rusted tight, thats my next to do to see if it bad fuel flow. Tried with and without air filter, sadly no change.

Hi, i have a fabia 2010 1.2 petrol, when i tried to drive it,it felt like it was in limp mode, it runs ok but wont rev over 3000rpm and sounds bogged down, all pipes are on, brand new exhaust and camshaft sensor, but still not working properly. Some say timing jump, if anyone else has come across the same problems, can you please help.
