Any experts out there tried the MQB and rough road upgrades? Any panels I’ve missed?

Hi there! Four months into RS60 ownership and loving it… Long journeys are regular for me with jaunts to UK and Italy so far this month. I’m looking to improve the aerodynamics and have read far too much on using parts from the MQB platform. Couple of questions; anyone know / tried / fitted the rear spring protectors from the A4 Allroad? they are listed as ‘Stone Chip Protection’ but have also been listed elsewhere as aero improvements - the part numbers are 8K0511540E 8K0511539 I picked up a pair of the rear trailing arm aero ‘cups’ from a VW dealer in the UK and will pop them on at the weekend. Has anyone tried / fitted the exhaust panel from the Mk7 Golf on a 4x4 TDi vRS? Part number is and I should think that will also help the aero cause; 5Q0 825 229 C Also, older car so not sure will fit; the parts makes 2a and 2b on the image enclosed; anyone tried these? Finally… does anyone know if the Rear Underbody Trim 5Q0825206L will fit the 4x4 TDi vRS? I seem to have ‘analysis paralysis’ and have read so much I can’t quite nail down which fits and doesn’t… any expert guidance would be appreciated!!

Wondering if anyone has seen one of these badges available online, in the back of a cupboard, at an event… Mine is recorded as an RS60 on the registration document, but didn’t come with the badge. Some owners report them arriving in a letter from the dealer after they took delivery… All suggestions welcome!

Looking to source a switch panel like this for my RS60 Combi. Tried all the usual places and site search; no luck so far. I’ll be doing a USB upgrade soon for the rear with an AliExpress kit, but need front USB access also - really want to keep it as ORM looking as possible. Any suggestions and other options most welcome! 🙏🏻

Hello there, Greetings from a Brit in Mainz. My love affair with Skoda is long and complicated. I’ve driven many different Skodas, everything from a VR6 Fabia to an Octavia WRC, but never ever owned one; until today. I take delivery of a steel grey 2020 Octavia Wagon RS60 in the coming days. Can’t wait. I’ve stalked this site for years, looking at the vRS and always wanting one; but always had company cars. Not any more! Happy to join the Skoda family, at last! Will be starting the upgrades asap; rear USB install, rough roads underbody (as much as I can as the RS60 is a 4x4), black badges and some little tweaks here and there. Looking forward to learning, sharing and getting miles under the belt. Danke danke!
