Hi Dave, Apologies for the delay in replying. In the end I decided - being 79 and living in a flat without work space, and having realised that it might be a little more complex than originally thought - to 'out source' the replacement. Found a small body shop who could do the job quickly. Very successful for £140 labour plus the £130 for the part. Well worth it! Regards David

Thanks Vulcan, however I've bought just the lower rear bumper from Euro Car Parts! I'll be investigating this weekend.

I've managed to damage the lower section of the rear bumper. It looks as though there are just a few screws holding it in place. Is this correct? Many thanks David
