Codes were confirmed but odd there is no engine warning light, maybe the bulb has gone

Hi Just had a Carwow buyer come round to look at my car after successfully bidding on it, He showed me a picture of some fault codes although not the actual fault code reader, " of the faults P003300 and P001600 seem serious, should these show and engine warning light? I have no fault codes when I use my OBD reader reader although it's a cheap one and no engine warning lights and the car drives nice and smooth. 2014 Fabia VRS I this a scam to get a lower price?
