Thanks for that, I emailed them yesterday to verify that my problems are covered by the warranty. Still waiting for a reply. It was an approved used Skoda, so that is useful.

Hardware H56, Software 1804. I've checked and I still have warranty from the dealer I bought the car from. They've sent me a copy of the agreement, I just need to read up on it to see what's covered.

I have had some problems with the info system. A few months ago all my favourites disappeared. I have tried putting new ones in, but whenever the ignition is turned off they disappear again. I have also lost my Home destination too. Around the time they first disappeared I had another software issue that happened. It was just the one occasion when the heating controls froze. I was picking up a relative up to take them to a hospital appointment. It was very cold, so I had the heating turned up and my seat heating on before I reached their house. The car was turned off for a few minutes, whilst I got them in the car. When driving again I tried to turn down the heating, but it wouldn't respond, neither could I turn off my seat heater which got very uncomfortable. I pulled over and turned the car off for 5 minutes, the fault was still there when I started off again. I was at the hospital for several hours after which the fault had cleared, and has not returned. I have done a factory reset, but that hasn't helped. Can anyone help Malcolm
