Hi, I'm writing from Italy. Thank you for this precious support channel!! After an app update, I'm having a connection problem between the infotainment system and the "MySkoda" app (I had already renewed all the services 😭 ). The dealership told me it's definitely an update issue, but they have to keep the car for a whole day, and it's a big problem for my job. Can you help me, please? Here are the system screenshots.
