Hello, I'm extremely happy with my 2022 Kamiq Monte Carlo, except for a few things, the most important of them being the ok/mediocre sound system (the base one with like 4 or 6 speakers). I ordered the car during Covid, so an audio upgrade was not available. My question is this - Has anyone here upgraded their Kamiq audio system with some 3rd party system like Bose / JBL / Harmon Kardon, etc ? If so, are there any gotchas I need to be aware of ? Is it possible for such an upgrade to do some damage or cause some infotainment features to no longer work or anything like that ? Of course, I would go to a shop and get it done professionally. Also, is it possible to get such an upgrade from Skoda directly ? I know they offer a 10 speaker system with their newer Kamiqs. I would be open to this if it's a safer / better option. Any tips/experiences you can share would be great, thank you! I'm in Germany, if that helps.
