  1. That's what I thought. You are Roof Tents on tiny cars and so I thought the Karoq's static loading would be way up there, but I can't find a figure for that. My Kayak is 26kg and I'm 89kg to just me and the kayak on any vehicle would be 115kg. It seemed like a good idea, but I don't want to wreck the roof or bars. I'll have to think of a plan B
  2. Hi, Has anyone any advice or experience of mounting a Thule Foothills half-width roof tent on a Karoq? I carry a kayak on Thule Hull-a-Port carriers and the Foothills Roof tent looks ideal, but people have raised concerns about the raised roof bars on the Karoq and say that is (or any other roof tent) would not be suitable. They look strong enough, but the concerns must come from somewhere. Thanks in advance Simon
  3. Maybe that's what happened and when they changed the front, they didn't connect sensor back correctly. If it ever stops raining I'll take the rear wheels off and get a better look at the rear pads. They look down, but not that bad and I can't see any pad wear wires.
  4. Hi, First post, so apologies if this has been covered elsewhere and I've missed it. I recently got a 2019 Karoq 1.6 TDI SE L and it's got new disks and pads on the front, so when I got a check brake pad warning, I assumed that it must be the back pads, but people are telling me that the rear brakes don't have wear sensors on them. I'm now a little confused and before I start taking things apart, I thought that I would check with you guys. Any help/advice gratefully accepted Simon
