    Hi all, we are experiencing exactly the same problem with our Karoq 2023 1.5 TSI. It has been with dealer several times but diagnostics say no fault found however they have changed stop start relay but it hasn't fixed the issue. We are currently dealing with Skoda UK executive office and reported to Ombudsman but we aren't hopeful of a resolution. Has anyone got any experience of arranging a mass action against them for them to take notice? Skoda deny they have had any other reports of same issue but they are clearly lying.
