  1. Download the myShipTracking app and you will be able to track the ships leaving emden, depending on what part of the UK your in your car will go to the following ports, South - Sheerness, Mid - Grimsby, North - Tyne. The current ships being used more often than not are Neptune Phos, Elbe Highway, Malacca Highway, Parana and Thames Highway. If you search for your port of entry or emden, it will tell you list of expected arrivals into that port, should give you some more insight as to when it will arrive. When I have had orders shipped previously, ask the dealer to check the system, once it goes to status 36 I believe which is released to shipping, you can pretty much be sure that your car will be on the next boat to your port. I believe status 35 is vehicle at port of exit, that usually means it’s sat in a pound waiting for a ship, once it hits 36 it’s been given the green light to be loaded to a boat. Just a warning tho, it does get addictive 😂
  2. I was under the impression that if the SOH dropped below 87% of its capacity within the battery warranty period it has to be replaced, I’m sure it was 87 or 82 can’t remember exactly
  3. Hi Everyone, Hope your all well, just wanted to pick some brains regarding timelines on your orders. I recently ordered an Elroq 60 Edition, with the plus pack and vega wheels on 25/09/25, the order was accepted by the factory on 02/10/25. Since then it’s been radio silence, I reached out to Škoda on instagram last week and they advised that it’s usually around 4 weeks until the factory will allocate a date. Or move it to status 10 with build week. Asked for another update today and told still no date. Status 00 So I guess what I’d like to know is when you folks have ordered, how long was it roughly until you were allocated a build week ? I appreciate it’s not actually confirmed until it hits status 20 which is about 2 weeks prior. Any information would be helpful, we were quoted 12 weeks to the door by the dealer, but that’s looking somewhat optimistic now. Thanks Tom
