Skoda did the forced reset and then told me I need to book the car in, so I kicked off a bit as told service guy on phone I’d done that and he said bring it down and we’ll have a look, so they relented and said done a configuration on it ‘prob fobbing me off’ and see how that goes. I had no problems on the 45 min drive home. Below is what I’m currently running 👍🏻
  2. Hi I did the forced reset as that’s what was advised by Skoda . The car is 2021 , previously had issues when got it at 2yrs old but don’t think I was the only one then as lots did. It has been fine since it was resolved until this new one. I’m always sceptical of new updates but the Mrs saw it and the rest is history lol.
  3. Updated mine and had no end of problems with the infotainment crashing then rebooting , sometimes it’s ok unless you press the home button , but then after a short while goes back to crashing and basically driving with a blank screen. Currently sat in Skoda waiting to see what can be done . Tried the reset bit to no avail .
