Hi everyone Looking for quick advice, regarding rattle noise. Rescently bought a used, but very lovely SKODA OCTAVIA III Combi 1.5 TSI. from 2018. I am extremely pleased with it, having spend around 5000 km in it so far. There is one issue though, which I have never had in any vehicle in my years of driving. A rattle/rattling noise from behind the instrument panel. 🙄 It is not constant, but mostly happens at certain speed (80-100km/h) on more "uneven" roads/highways, also when going over bumps. The rattle is centered directly behind the Instrument Panel. This video shows the panel being removed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BN2KKNaUD7g My question. Can this be done, without unplugging any wires/cables etc. so that I won't have any electric/ABS etc issues? I'd like to take a look behind the instrument panel, hopefully to attach some soft anti rattle material, but I don't want to unplug any electric parts at all. Thanks in advance, for any help and tips on this! 🤗
