I have a 2014 (64) Skoda Octavia Black Edition It has the MiB 1 I believe, see pics. Bluetooth doesn’t work, says telephone not available touchscreen doesn’t work on the left-hand side I can no longer connect my phone to the car. I have tried to update it from P3420 to P6230, this has made no difference. I therefore would like to upgrade which options do I have, can anyone help me. I have been told @pab567 is an expert. I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to these things. I will attach pictures of my unit, unfortunately I am struggling to get out the glove compartment media box as one of the radio key holes doesn’t seem to be working. I only recently purchased the vehicle and it has been frustrating me for 2 weeks now. I require the Bluetooth function for phone calls etc but can’t connect at all now.
