    Posting Images of the software on the head unit which is the same as the base hardware so mine has never been updated.

    Just to jump on this thread... My head unit is stuck in German with no sound, I've tried restarting multiple times and updating the firmware with a burned dvd-r but no response from the unit. It takes in the disc for a few minutes with a blank screen then spits it back out. Is there a specific version I need for my unit? I just need Bluetooth and DAB radio, not fussed about maps. Having trouble uploading images but the label on my head unit says: 3T0035686C HW:H10 SW:5238 Thanks in advance 👍
