  1. Thanks for the replies. I seemed to be doing everything I read, apart from realising I could use a USB drive as an alternative to the SD card. For some reason the minute I tried a USB with the same files, it worked! So I will know what to do next time I update - thanks again.
  2. I saw a similar topic to this when try to work out why I was having issues, so hopefully someone can help. I've had my Superb since 2020 but never updated the maps. I'm driving some areas where there's been a lot of recent change and this is now beginning to make things a bit tricky. I've found the Update Portal and I am fairly sure I have a Columbus unit and MIB2 is the relevant one. I'm trying to use an SD card (64GB, class 10). Have downloaded the zip file, uncompressed on the PC and then copied the files & folders across to the card. Insert card in SD1 and then use the settings option in NAV to update and I get the message "Error: no data available. Please insert a source with software update data or check the source". I've tried a few things different each time and get the same message each time (I've formatted card using both FAT32 and exFAT, I've used 7z and the standard Windows zip product, and I've downloaded the update file several times from the Portal). I'm at a loss as to what I am doing wrong, so am hoping someone can help me. Thanks in advance
