Ahhhhh thanks Alasdair. I’ll have a gander. I’ve ordered a drivers door lock etc as when I unplug it, all the glowing warning lights go off. If no joy, I’ll dive into the cluster.

Hiya everyone, my first pester. No idea if I’m in the right place, forgive me if I’m not. Ok. I’ve just bought a Fabia 1.2 Monte Carlo (was a non runner, timing chain slip) I’ve replaced chain and all running well..except dash warning lights. Ok, with drivers door open, we have traction light, red oil light, right indicator fixed on. Close the door, just “door ajar” light stays on. Intermittent battery light flickers. Close door and put seatbelt on..all go off. Open any door inc boot, all come back on again. Checked wiring at door hinge, all good. Unplug drivers door lock assembly lights go off. all earths checked all good. Any ideas….🤮
