    Hi, I'm looking for some advice. Ive got a 2021 Karoq and based on the software history its never been updated and the dealership is not helping. Its currently got version 0270. Its always had a problem with not being able to set a primary user and also with the SOS call system. Both of which I understand are a common issue with this version. What version (or sequence of versions) should I be updating to? And where can I download the updates from? Thanks in advance!
