No luck unfortunately. They say it is what it is, even though my car wasn’t making any noise when new. I’m still hoping to find the answer on the internet - maybe some engineer will figure out what needs to be replaced the get rid of the noise.

Hi, I have exactly the same issue with my new Audi A3 1,5 tfsi mhev 150hp. There was no isssue/noise when the car was new. The clicking/ticking sound started when I crossed around 1 200 km. It only happens on breaking/downshifting. No noise when I brake and put transmission on neutral. It is super annoying since there was no noise when car was new. I have service appointment on 14th of January, however I’m now skeptical about repairing the car. I would be grateful if any of you could share how to solve the issue.
