The resistor have been charged, the fan been tested on 12 volt battery and the fuses checked. Only thing that i can think of it the relay or the BCM. I don’t know if the BCM can cause thr blower motor not working

I have the same issue with on octavia combi III 5e5. Where is the relay located on this car

Hi, Have an issue with HVAC motor not working. Tested the Motor with 12v, that is spinning. i have changed the resistor and issue presist. I have checked the all fuses, that is the first thing i checked. Is there any relay to the HVAC and where its located? only thing i can think of is that there is an issue with bad BCM unit or A relay. Have a SKODA OCTAVIA III Combi (5E5, 5E6) 1.2 TSI Please help thank you.
