    Hello, I` new user of this forum and I need help. One week ago, I got the message showing that radio is not available. One thing helped me and restored radio: switching user for a moment. Now it happend again and that solution does not work. Is it something else what can I do, before going to service ? I tried with all types of reset including factory reset. Skoda Karoq 2023 firmware 330.
