  1. MIB1 no sound and no volume up

    Hello! My mother’s Skoda Octavia 3 (2013) started since 3 weeks ago to not have any sound at all. No radio sound, no Bluetooth sound, nothing. If I scroll the volume button up, the volume bar appears but nothing is happening, it stays on mute, the level doesn’t rise. Device part number: 5E0035043B Hardware: H42 Software: 0292 I’ve already rebooted a few times and nothing happened. Any help is highly appreciated! Thanks!
