Hi, A few weeks ago the Exhaust control system / Emission control system light (orange, looks like a little engine) came on with no other symptoms - car was driving fine, no other warning lights on or noticeable problems. Took the car to Halfords, who diagnosed a number of issues centering around the spark plugs and coils. All were replaced and the light went off and the car has been fine - I'd not noticed the 2-cylinder mode had originally stopped working and that was working again - bonus!. All good until last week, when the light came back on again with the same same lack of symptoms, even the two cylinder mode was still working. Car was taken back to Halfords as all work was under guarantee - they ran another full set of diagnostics, including checking for fuel leaks, the original work done etc. only noting that there was an error showing - "P02CE00 - Cylinder 2 Fuel Injector Offset Learning At Minimum Limit Passive/Sporadic" After the checks, the light had gone off again, but they asked to take the car on an extended drive to make sure and collect 'live data' (as they described it) to ensure all was OK. Just as they returned to the garage, the light came back on and advised not to drive the car and speak with Skoda directly. I did this later that day and managed to speak to a technician who wasn;t able to suggest what the code meant, so I booked the car in for a diagnostic (sadly on the 13th May which was the locally earliset available date). This weekend, with the light back off again, drove up to the lakes from Manchester and on the way back after doing about 140 miles, the light is back on again. Stopped in the services and was unable to clear the light, so only option was to carry on home - same as before - car operating normally, no physical issues (accelleration is fine, no noticeable mis-fires etc) and no other warning lights on. Just wondering if anyone else has had this and could possibly suggest any temporary fixes? It's a 2018 Karoq SE with the 1.5 TSI Evo engine, manual with 61k miles on the clock. I don't know which software version or if an update has been applied (i've read a few posts about this engine and software patches/updates). My partner needs to use the car fair bit this week, so trying to work out how serious this is, if at all, and if we really should not be driving the car. Many thanks, Steve
